PLOTTER Lounge and Creative Experiences
3/26 Thursday 3:30 – 5:00 PM, Aspen Room
Welcome to the PLOTTER Lounge. Enjoy an afternoon exploring different sizes and PLOTTER leather type at your leisure. PLOTTER staff will also be on-hand to assist with an array of creative experiences such as a creative writing bar with DP Paper, paper ephemera and materials to collage a vision board, and a special build-your-own PLOTTER paper pack experience for just $5 with PLOTTER original designs (available in A5 Size and Bible Size). Flip through different PLOTTER leather binders with various creative usage examples at the PLOTTER’s Plaza. Bring your own PLOTTER to share with new friends and old!
While the experience is free to attend, RSVP is recommended. A PLOTTER Paper Cocktail is $5 and you can choose 10 sheets of special PLOTTER Original design paper, while supplies last.

TRC USA TRAVELER’S SPIRIT Gallery and Meetup Event
3/26 Thursday 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Aspen Room
Join an interactive and fun TRAVELER’S notebook gallery and meetup event, hosted by TRAVELER’S COMPANY USA. To share the TRAVELER’S SPIRIT, TRC USA team will invite and display several TRAVELER’S notebook users’ journals and their TRAVELER’S notebook refill in a special round table gallery. Fans and new users alike can be inspired by the different ways a TRAVELER’S notebook can be used. During the meetup event, participants can collect TRAVELER’S FACTORY Original stamps, shop event-exclusive items, and enjoy meeting other TRAVELER’S notebook users.

SEMINAR: Fountain Pens for Beginners

Have you been interested in learning how to use fountain pens? We will go over parts, and function as well as what pen works best for your handwriting style. This class is hands-on and you will learn to clean and care for your pens (you will want more than one before we are done).
A basic fountain pen is included in this class.

What’s a planner meetup?
A planner meetup is a meetup of people who enjoy using paper planners!
What do we do at a planner meetup?
Our meetups are very informal. Check in with Patty when you arrive to sign in and learn about the meetup.
Feel free to bring your planner(s), chat about your planner setup and your plans for next year’s setup, share your planner setup and spreads, bring your planner accessories (pens, stickers, washi) to work on your planner at the meetup, and to the extent attendees are willing, sample each others’ washi; look at, hold, or try each others’ fountain pens; and check out each others’ planner covers! All planner users are welcome. Please respect each other, each others’ belongings and ask for permission.
Giveaway
We will host a giveaway with a bag of planner goodies, donated by our generous planner community and your host(s). Example goodies include stickers, pens/pencils, small notebooks, washi samples, etc. The giveaway winner will be selected by a random number generator. If you’d like to donate planner accessories to the giveaway bag, please bring them and hand them to Patty. You must be present at the time of the giveaway winner announcement to claim your prize. If you are not present, a new winner will be drawn, also by a random number generator.

Come join Techo Bungu Tomodachi (TBT) for a meetup at SF Stationery Fest!
Techo (Planner) Bungu (Stationery) Tomodachi (Friends) is excited to host a meetup at the inaugural SF Stationery Fest! If you love stationery, come join us for a morning meetup and connect with fellow stationery enthusiasts!
TBT is a South Bay based stationery social club that welcomes anyone who loves stationery. We chat about planner setups, stickers, accouterments, share cool finds, and more! Whether you’re interested in fountain pens or ballpoints/highlighter, there’s a place for you! Everyone is incredibly friendly and it’s a great place to make new friends and connections on shared interests. We hold meetups about once a month, but also encourage members to connect and do mini meets!
Bring your journals and tools; you can chat, journal during the event, and just have fun! This is a casual meetup.
For this meetup, we will plan to have the following events:
Mini Raffle: I’ll have a few things to raffle off to attendees! If you’d like to donate something to raffle, contact me (see below).
Destash: Buy too much at SF Stationery Fest? Have stationery hanging around that doesn’t spark joy anymore? Bring them to the meetup to find them a new home!
Sticker Trading: Have vinyl stickers you don’t love or arent using? We’ll have a table setup to trade stickers with other members. Maybe you’ll find something cool!

SEMINAR: PCA Pens for Kids® – Handwriting Workshop

Join us for the Pens for Kids® workshop where you will learn about the history of pens and try your hand with handwriting with a fountain pen. Attendees will get a chance to win one of these cute mini animals to take home!
Pens for Kids® is a program from Pen Collectors of America, whose mission it is to keep the history and tradition of writing alive through member support and community education.
